-Community Hospice of Texas  We provide compassionate, end-of-life care to patients throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.  An interdisciplinary team composed of physicians, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers and chaplains are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support patients and their families.
